Tucked within the grounds of The Swan at Streatley, The Gym offers a calm, considered space to move, reset and recharge. Designed with both performance and wellbeing in mind, it’s a place to start the day with purpose or unwind after time spent by the river – at your own pace.

Our class timetable is thoughtfully curated to complement your stay – from energising morning sessions to slower, restorative practices. Led by experienced instructors, each class is designed to help you move with intention, whether you’re building strength, improving mobility or simply taking a moment to reset.

The gym is open between 7am - 10pm 7 days a week for members and hotel guests.
Hotel guests can use the gym, sauna and steam room during their stay free of charge. Classes with any of our partners on site will incur an extra charge.
As a member you'll gain access to a selection of on-site classes within your membership. You'll also have access to the outdoor equipment free of charge. Some classes with selected partners will incur an additional charge.
The gym offers state of the art weight training machines, free weights, calisthenics and cardio machines for an all round work out.
Membership is priced at £60 per month and members enjoy use of all of our facilities on site as well as priority access to seasonal events and an annual get-together on-site exclusively for members.
We have a dedicated personal trainers on-site who are able to tailor plans to the individual and your specific training goals.

A valid membership key fob is necessary to gain access to the gym and spa facility and to check in to classes. Membership is non-transferable and your membership card cannot be used by anyone else. A £5 administration fee is charged for replacement cards. All members are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) on joining and must receive an induction prior to working out to ensure safe and efficient use of the equipment.
These facilities are used at your own risk. Pregnant women and people with heart or blood pressure conditions are advised against spending time in this environment due to the extreme heat and humidity.
Please give 10 days notice before your next direct debit payment is due in order to start the cancellation process. Notification after this time may result in your next payment being taken.
